website that contains pop-ups, (unless you purchase the 1pop
option) pop-unders, sound or breaks out
of frames. Any traffic delivery is subject to the amount of

full without time constraints.

reserves the
right to refuse service for any materials that is offensive in
nature, adult oriented or violates the accepted standards for
double optin email advertising across the Internet.
- Once your payment has been
made there are absolutely no refunds.
- It is
up to the client to provide a "Business Friendly" email
address for us to communicate at. Email accounts utilizing
spam filters, files or bulk files require clients to check
those files for messages that may be diverted to those
locations. Absolutely no A.O.L. accounts allowed. Purchaser
agrees to hold the seller harmless in the event those
conditions persist on the email address they provide for
contact.
- Absolutely no unsolicited
email or bulk emails linking to
Internet
Business Assets and its subsidiaries is allowed.
- Ads displayed for clients will be
removed within 24 hours of final paid date of publication or
until all aspects of the purchase have been delivered..
- Advertisers may receive
updates to their accounts and special offers regarding their
purchase.
- Internet
Business Assets and its subsidiaries
is not responsible for any errors or omissions in ads or ad
copy. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to check for
and report any errors.
- Internet
Business Assets and its subsidiaries
is not responsible for any delays in placing advertising due
to conditions beyond our control. In the event of any
substantial delays, clients will be credited for their ad
exposure on a prorated basis with a resend or replacement of
any missed ads or messages.
- Internet
Business Assets and its subsidiaries is not
responsible for the delivery of any advertisement outside the
its own business operations, owned and operated by our parent company.
- In the event a dispute
arises between purchaser and
Internet
Business Assets and its subsidiaries
both parties agree to
dispute
resolution through Paypal. Unsubstantiated or fraudulent
dispute charges will be considered abusive in nature and as
such any active accounts will be suspended until resolved. In
the event a false Chargeback claim is made the individual
responsible will be pursued through all available legal
channels.
- Internet

the right to alter, add to or change the Terms of service
