  4. Absolutely no unsolicited email or bulk emails linking to Internet Business Assets and its subsidiaries is allowed.
  5. Ads displayed for clients will be removed within 24 hours of final paid date of publication or until all aspects of the purchase have been delivered..
  6. Advertisers may receive updates to their accounts and special offers regarding their purchase.
  7. Internet Business Assets and its subsidiaries is not responsible for any errors or omissions in ads or ad copy. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to check for and report any errors.
  8. Internet Business Assets and its subsidiaries is not responsible for any delays in placing advertising due to conditions beyond our control. In the event of any substantial delays, we reserve the right to proceed with the advertising upon rectification of the delay.
  9. Internet Business Assets and its subsidiaries is not responsible for the delivery of any advertisement outside the its own business operations, owned and operated by our parent company.
  10. In the event a dispute arises between purchaser and Internet Business Assets and its subsidiaries both parties agree to dispute resolution through Paypal. Unsubstantiated or fraudulent dispute charges will be considered abusive in nature and as such any active accounts will be suspended until resolved. In the event a false Chargeback claim is made the individual responsible will be pursued through all available legal channels.
